Windsor terrace is a three story brick building. The project team reconfigured the layout to create a duplex that showcases modernity and functionality. 43Hundred design an open concept on the first floor that allows you to have uninterrupted views of the office space, living room, kitchen and dining. 43Hundred structural team worked on reinforcing the existing structure and allowing for the creation of additional windows. The new metal railing contrasted by wooden steps adds a mix of vintage and modern.
