Our team is dedicated to bringing creativity, ingenuity, and technology to design and implement social, cultural, and environmental change in private or public spaces. 43Hundred’s unique approach to architecture is to bring human-centered questions and analysis to the unique requirements and purposes to all projects, whether it’s a private home, large building, or retail/hospitality.
Our team aspiration in design is to bridge utopian with pragmatic. We aim to integrate urbanism, social systems, and codes, holistically, to meet client expectations with non-conventional design methods.
In finding 43Hundred, Nadine had the opportunity to work with her partner and friend. Their special relationship provides individual strength to both and help make each other better. Prior to establishing 43Hundred, She worked as a Senior Designer at Christine Restaino Architects, and a Designer at Building Studio Architects. Nadine Moubayed was involved in the rehabilitation of Newark, NJ as part of Mike-sell and Associates. Moubayed worked on developing urban landscape in the Middle East as part of CRJA in Boston, MA. Nadine Moubayed received Bachelor of Architecture from City College of New York. Moubayed Relocated to Boston MA for a Master’s degree from the Boston Architecture college. Nadine Moubayed is accredited as LEED Professional since 2010.
Ali Hamoudeh Received Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Damascus University, and His Master’s Degree specializing in Civil Engineering from City College of NY. Ali has been a long resident of New York City where had seen and been part of the transformation of many New York neighborhoods and it’s real estates. Prior to joining 43Hundred Design. Ali had held jobs at various government agencies and offices. From a Bridge Designer at the NYC Department of Transportation to a Project Manager at the Department of City Planning reviewing various zoning and land use initiatives at the Planning and Land use division. Ali had worked on some of the Major rezoning proposals that reshaped the face of New York City.
Originally from Miami, FL, Kaeli received her BA in Architecture from Barnard College of Columbia University, studying architecture’s multi-scalar nature. Prior to working at 43 Hundred, Kaeli worked for object designers and publications in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Kaeli currently resides in Harlem, where she spends her time designing jewelry.
As a son of builder, Mohamed developed appreciation of the urban environment and materials. As a principle of Mosaic Construction, and partner of 43hundred. Mohamed’s enthusiasm for being on a construction site where raw property combined with design becomes architecture. Mohamed provides contracting services, estimate, and quality assurance.
